By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not purchase our services.

2. Our Services

JMH Consulting provides services that may include:

Business startup guidance and planning.

Website design, setup, and maintenance.

Branding and marketing materials.

Business strategy and consulting.

Personal and professional coaching.

The precise deliverables, schedule, fees, revisions, and responsibilities for each project will be outlined in the applicable package description, proposal, invoice, or separate service agreement.

3. Packages and Pricing

Our website may display service packages and suggested prices. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices are in US dollars.

Prices, inclusions, and availability may change before a purchase is confirmed. The price agreed upon in your accepted proposal, order, or service agreement will govern that project.

Custom projects may require a separate quotation.

Any applicable taxes, domain registration, website hosting, paid software, premium plugins, advertising, third-party subscriptions, or government filing fees will be disclosed as included or excluded in the applicable proposal.

4. Consultations and Bookings

Consultations may be subject to availability and scheduling requirements.

You agree to provide accurate booking information and to notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Any consultation fee, cancellation window, rescheduling limit, or no-show policy will be communicated before booking where applicable.

A consultation does not guarantee that JMH Consulting will accept a project or that a particular result will be achieved.

5. Payments and Deposits

Payment requirements will be specified in the relevant proposal, invoice, checkout page, or service agreement.

Depending on the project, payment may be required in full or through an agreed deposit and installment schedule.

Work may not begin until the required payment and project information have been received.

Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Any late fees must be disclosed and legally permitted.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes will be handled according to the specific refund terms communicated before purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Client Responsibilities

To help projects proceed efficiently, clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information and project requirements.

Supply necessary text, images, logos, credentials, and other materials.

Confirm that they have permission to use materials they provide.

Review drafts and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.

Maintain control of their own business accounts and retain secure access credentials.

Pay agreed fees according to the applicable schedule.

Respond to reasonable requests for approvals and project information.

Delays in receiving materials, feedback, approvals, or payments may affect delivery dates.

7. Website and Branding Deliverables

The scope of website and branding work will be defined in the relevant package or proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Only the specified number of pages and features are included.

Revisions are limited to the number stated in the package or proposal.

Additional pages, features, integrations, or revisions may incur extra charges.

Domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, and third-party services are included only when expressly stated.

Delivery timelines depend on timely client cooperation and third-party systems.

JMH Consulting will explain which deliverables are included before work begins.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide, subject to any third-party rights.

Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights for specifically commissioned deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement.

Third-party fonts, images, plugins, templates, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

JMH Consulting retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, processes, frameworks, general know-how, and reusable materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Neither party may use the other party's trademarks or confidential materials without appropriate authorization.

9. Business and Professional Disclaimer

JMH Consulting provides general consulting, coaching, planning, website, branding, and business support services.

Unless expressly agreed and legally authorized, our services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

Business registration requirements, licenses, tax obligations, and other legal requirements vary by location. Clients are responsible for confirming their obligations with qualified professionals or relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee business registration approval, funding, revenue, profits, customer acquisition, search engine rankings, or any specific business outcome.

Results depend on numerous factors, including client decisions, market conditions, execution, and circumstances outside our control.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party tools such as website hosting platforms, domain registrars, email providers, booking systems, CRM software, and payment processors.

Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance of services outside our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for ongoing subscription fees and renewals that are not expressly included in their purchased package.

11. Confidentiality and Privacy

We will handle client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Clients should not provide confidential information that is unnecessary for the project. Any additional confidentiality obligations should be set out in a separate written agreement where appropriate.

12. Cancellations, Refunds, and Project Termination

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the agreed service terms, work already completed, payments made, and applicable law.

Before a project begins, the applicable agreement should specify how either party may terminate the engagement, how completed work will be billed, whether deposits are refundable, and how unused payments will be handled.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JMH Consulting will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and will not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or other legal protections that must be preserved under applicable law.

14. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access to systems, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the operation of our services.

We reserve the right to restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, clients, or business, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes will not automatically alter the terms of an existing signed agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to the laws applicable to the relevant transaction and the parties' legal relationship.

The governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution process should be specified in the final version after JMH Consulting's business location and applicable legal requirements have been confirmed.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal rights.
